Requirements for Service

- By placing an order, you authorize us to obtain a certified copy of your marriage certificate from the Utah County Clerk’s Office to complete the Apostille/Authentication process
What Is an Apostille?
An Apostille is an official certification that verifies the authenticity of your marriage certificate for use in countries that participate in the Hague Apostille Convention.
If your destination country is not part of the Hague Convention, the Utah Lt. Governor’s Office will issue a Certificate of Authentication instead.
We recommend confirming document requirements with your immigration authority or requesting agency before ordering.
