Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At $99 Weddings, we offer service-based bookings and do not sell physical products. Most of our services are digital and time-based, but Apostille certification involves physical document handling and shipping. Please review the details below before requesting a refund or reschedule.
1. Service-Based Sales
All purchases are for non-returnable services. Once your ceremony is scheduled, time and resources are reserved exclusively for you.
2. Refund Eligibility
- More than 24 hours before your scheduled ceremony: You may request a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Less than 24 hours before your scheduled ceremony: Refunds are not available. However, you will receive a full credit that can be applied to a future rescheduled ceremony.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- One complimentary reschedule is included with your booking, as long as it is requested more than 24 hours before your scheduled ceremony.
- Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance will require an administrative fee.
- Additional reschedules beyond the first may also incur an administrative fee.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to secure availability for your new preferred date and time.
4. Apostille Services
Apostille orders are non-refundable once processing has begun with the Utah Lieutenant Governor’s Office. If you need to cancel or update an Apostille request, contact us immediately at info@99dollarweddings.com.
- If processing has not yet begun, we may approve a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Once the submission process has started, no refunds or changes can be made.
- Please ensure your shipping address and personal details are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
5. Exceptions
Refunds outside of this policy may be approved at our discretion in emergency situations (e.g., medical or legal). Documentation may be required.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours. Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the refund to your account.
